IT Consulting
Expert strategic guidance to help you leverage technology for business growth.
Most IT companies will tell you they are different. We are not going to do that. Instead, here is what we actually do: we take the technology problems off your plate — the cloud infrastructure that needs migrating, the security vulnerabilities nobody has had time to fix, the custom software your operations need but off-the-shelf tools cannot deliver — and we solve them. Completely. For a fixed price. With a team that answers the phone.
We work with businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia — companies from 20 to 500 people that are good at what they do, but did not start the company to manage IT vendors. Our job is to make sure they never have to think about technology — except when it is giving them an advantage.
Our Services
There are four things we do. We do all of them properly, or we do not take the work on.
We move businesses off aging on-premise infrastructure onto AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud — without downtime, without data loss, and for a fixed price agreed before we start. After the migration, we manage the environment: monitoring it around the clock, optimising the cost monthly, and making sure the security posture does not drift. Our clients typically spend 30 to 40 percent less on infrastructure after migrating with us. That is not a marketing claim — it is the average across engagements we have completed.
We test your systems the way an attacker would — finding the vulnerabilities before someone with bad intentions does. Then we fix them. For clients who want continuous protection, we provide 24/7 monitoring using SIEM platforms that flag suspicious behaviour in real time. Our certified team (CISSP, CEH) has helped clients pass SOC 2 audits, achieve ISO 27001 certification, and comply with GDPR — not by producing paperwork, but by implementing the actual controls the frameworks require.
If the software your business needs does not exist off the shelf, we build it. Web applications, mobile apps, internal tools, API integrations. We use a fixed-price model with two-week development sprints, so you see working software every fortnight and can redirect us based on what you see. We have built platforms handling 80,000 transactions a day. We have also built simple internal tools that saved a client three hours of manual work every morning. Both matter equally to us.
This is where most of our relationships start. A business owner or CTO wants an honest outside view of their technology — what is working, what is wasteful, what is a risk they cannot see yet. We conduct a thorough infrastructure audit, produce a prioritised roadmap, and tell you the truth about what needs doing and in what order. The roadmap is yours. You can take it anywhere. Most clients ask us to deliver it, but there is no obligation.
Why clients stay
It is not just the technical quality — though we are proud of that. It is the communication. They know where their project is. They hear from us before problems escalate, not after. Their account manager is a real person who knows their business, not a rotating helpdesk contact.

If you are on Jira, we use Jira. If you prefer Slack updates, that is how we communicate. We do not ask clients to adopt our systems or attend our processes. We adapt to theirs.
If a timeline is aggressive, we say so before taking the work on. If a scope is unclear, we clarify it before writing a proposal. The fastest way to lose a client is to start a project based on assumptions. We have learned that the hard way and we do not repeat it.
Before you get in touch
We are competitive on price, but we are not the lowest quote in the market. We do not cut corners to win work and then try to make it back through change orders. Our proposals are complete and our invoices match them. If budget is the only criterion, we will save us both time and say so upfront.
If you come to us with a requirement that sits outside our core capabilities, we tell you. We have turned down projects that were not a good fit. We would rather do that than take money for work we cannot deliver to the standard we hold ourselves to.
No forms, no automated qualification sequences, no waiting five days for a proposal. You book a call, we talk, and if it looks like a good fit for both sides, we scope the work together. That conversation is free and there is no pressure to go further.
FAQ
Thirty minutes. No slide deck. Just a conversation about what you are working on and whether we can help. If we can, we will tell you how. If we cannot, we will tell you that too.
