4. Client Responsibilities

• Adhere to the timelines and deadlines specified in the contract.
• Comply with any applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the project private and secure. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, proprietary data, business strategies, and client information.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created during the course of the project remain with Olfant unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the client in writing. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
